It starts as I am talking about the teachings of the Elders of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Columbia - the Kogi, Arhuaco, Wiwa and Kankuamo, whom I am visited in December 2024 and recreived confirmation that I do understand their teachings correctly (scroll down to enjoy a few photos from that trip).
